Join us for a fun night learning the ancient Japanese art of calligraphy. Sakaguchi-san, our high-energy calligraphy sensei, loves to share his art. With his enthusiasm, even if this is your first time to pick up a brush, you’ll be writing your own name in kanji in minutes.
You’ll be sharing the evening with friendly Japanese locals with an interest in calligraphy – many don’t speak much English but they are full of hospitality – over a Sake or Shochu or premium Japanese tea to break the ice. It’s a great opportunity to mix and mingle with locals, and spend a pleasant evening getting new insights and skills in Tokyo.

• Learn and write your name in Kanji
• One drink included in the fee
• English speaking staff available for interpretation
